James Bellerive
President/CEO

James has been in the water and waste-water industry for over 25 years.  Prior to joining Haynes Equipment Company, James spent 8 years working for an Engineering Consulting firm.  In 1993 He joined Haynes Equipment Company as a sales engineer. In 2002 James became the CEO of Haynes Equipment Company.

John Bellerive
E-One Account Manager/ Sales

John Bellerive has 10 years of experience as a structural steel project manager, along with 12 years of environmental experience.

Education: B.S. Industrial Technology Fort Hays State University

Job Description: John provides sales and service support for Environment One (E-One) Grinder Pump Low Pressure Sewer Systems for the state of Kansas and Missouri. His duties include; prospect engineers, build developers, municipal end-user, septic replacement projects, and upgrading of failing pumps, order inventory, provide new equipment or replacement proposals, process orders, and schedule delivery dates. Manage and over see the E-One parts department, repair shop, and Six service personnel.

Project Experience: Detailed structural steel shop drawings and field erection plans for the Kansas University engineering building Eaton Hall.

Kevin Gabbert
Environmental Sales Engineer

Over 14 years of experience in the wastewater industry as an Applications Engineer. Before Siemens spent 3 years in the Aerospace and 2 years in Power Plant Industries

Education: Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri- Columbia (1997)
EIT Certification- 1997

Job Description: Sales engineer for Haynes Equipment Company, Works hand-in-hand with consulting engineers, municipalities, and end users throughout the water and wastewater industry. Provides a complete water solution by offering process equipment, flow meters and instrumentation, pump stations, and chemical skids. Responsibility begins with the preliminary prospect, detailed design, order acceptance and execution, and start-up. Maintains close contact with the end user to address any field questions about the equipment.

Project experience: Several years in the aerospace industry as a liaison engineer during the assembly of military fighter jets in St. Louis, MO. Served as a structural engineer at the TWA overhaul base in Kansas City and oversaw maintenance repairs on commercial aircraft. 

Consulting engineer role in the power industry. The past 10+ years sizing and designing wastewater treatment facilities for Siemens – Jet Tech. Personally responsible for 130+ global wastewater treatment plant designs/installations.

Brian Johnson

Chris Dickason

Over 5 years experience in water and wastewater.  Primary focus on pumping hydraulics, pumps stations, lift stations and treatment plant headworks.  Prior to Haynes Equipment, he spent 3 years with Lee Mathews/Water Movers as their Business Development Manager designing specialized bypass pumping systems for contractors and many area municipalities.  

Education: Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Kansas State University 2001.

Service Technician

With two years of experience in the oil fields as a roughneck, four years commercial electric sign repair, and ten years of environmental service and sales Trevor is the parts coordinator for HECU and handles new sells for 



Josepha (Seph) Bellerive
Service Technician/Salesman

Over 13 years of experience with Haynes Equipment Company and 10 years of experience with family farm.

Education: Fort Hays State University Graduate, Technology Studies (communication) & B.S. Industrial Education

Job Description: Services, maintains and repairs equipment. Parts, service and start-up of all plants and new equipment sold.

Project Experience: Worked on/ repaired/ started-up/ serviced most equipment in WTP and WWTP. Confined space certified. Calibrate Flow makers for many different parties. Build/ Install chemical feed panels.





Verdon Dubois
Administrative/ Accounting Manager

Has 2 years of experience from Kay Electronics- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Department, 3 years from KD Lee Company, Accounting Department, 1 year at KCH as the Accounting Manager, and also 35 years with Haynes Equipment Company as the Administrative/ Accounting Manager

Education: Kansas State University, Education and Business Courses

Job Description: Provides quantitative financial information for management including monthly financial statements and other financial reports. Handles employee benefits, payroll and Human resources.In charge of all accounting and supervises accounting staff. Consults with President to keep him appraised of all important happenings and to keep the company running smoothly.
